At Flamengo we want you to be satisfied with your experience with the Flamengo Infrapulse Therapy. Our return policy offers you the possibility to return flexible and carefree products, depending on the circumstances, both within and after 30 days.
Try the Infrapulse Therapy for 30 days
We offer you the opportunity to try the Flamengo Infrapulse Therapy for 30 days. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within this period, provided that it is in perfect, original condition. This means that the product must be clean, free of traces of use, and complete with all accessories and manuals. The original packaging must also be in good condition.
Returns due to defects within 30 days
If a problem occurs within the first 30 days of receipt that is due to a production error, you can contact us for a return. We ensure a simple return process for defective products.
Note: Damage caused by incorrect use, accidents, or not following the maintenance instructions, is not covered by our return policy. Returns are only possible for purchases made directly via the website of Flamengo and not for articles purchased from third parties.
Support after 30 days
Our service does not end after the first 30 days. If you experience problems that fall under the warranty or are due to factory errors, you can still be eligible for a replacement.
How do you start a return?
You can register a return shipment by sending an e-mail to info@flamengolife.nl. State your order number and indicate whether it is the infrapulse therapy, along with a clear description of the problem or the reason for return. Our team will guide you and give the necessary instructions for the return procedure.
Conditions for return and replacement
To be eligible for a repayment or replacement, the returned product must be in original, undamaged condition and accompanied by the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. Make sure the product is well packaged to prevent damage during transport. Add a copy of the purchase confirmation or invoice to speed up the handling.
Postage costs
For returns within the first 30 days, we take the shipping costs, both for defective and unused products. This means that you do not have to incur costs to return the product to us, as long as it falls within the set period and meets the return conditions.
Inspection and processing of returns
Once we have received the return, our team will carefully check the product to verify whether it meets the conditions. If the defect is confirmed whether the product is returned in the correct condition, we will process a refund or replacement within around 5 working days.
